Michael Fiorelli of mar’ sel, Terranea will feature a refreshing Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho with Aged Feta Cheese in concert with Grilled BBQ Pork Cheeks served with pickles, cole slaw and homemade English muffins.
Robata-Ya’s Mako Tanaka, fully supported by his special Robata Grill, will show you the marvels of Jidori chicken by featuring his Free Range Jidori Chicken Breast with Ume Shiso and Jidori Chicken Thigh “Oyster” accompanied by a Seasonal Tomato, Avocado and Asparagus Salad with Plum Oba Vinaigrette.
Expect the perfect compliment to your 1886 Bar cocktail as you'll need only one hand to indulge in the legendary Grilled Pizzas of Valentino’s Piero Selvaggio.
For Michael's Restaurant fans, Michael McCarty will be grilling a favorite item direct from his menu, California Quail Served with Green Mango, Shaved Red Onion and a Cilantro Slaw Dressed with Mango Vinaigrette.
Where’s the beef? The always lively Mark Gold of Eva Restaurant will tempt you with a menu of Grilled Prime Beef, a Refreshing Salsa Verde and Roasted Fingerling Potatoes.
And who better to offer up dessert than Sherry Yard of Spago Beverly Hills.
