Soleto, a trattoria and pizza bar, is the latest addition to Innovative Dining Groups' impressive portfolio, is open for dinner today. Expect delicious wood-fired pizzas, creative yet authentic antipasti, hearty panino, Mediterranean inspired entrees and pasta, of course!
The LuxLady had the privilege of sampling many of the dishes and can highly recommend the Grilled Oyster Mushroom antipasti, the Meatballs Marinara al Forno, the Sauteéd Calamari, the Shrimp Organato, the Chopt' Italian salad, the Spicy Smoked Speck pizza, the Pumpkin Ravioli, and the Branzino Milanese.
